Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Kaldros website and platform. For enterprise customers, a signed Master Services Agreement supersedes these terms.

Your workspace, your data

You retain all rights to data you submit to Kaldros. We act as a data processor and use your data only to operate and improve the service for you.

Acceptable use

• No use for unlawful purposes.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or probe the platform outside our VDP.
• No resale, white-labelling, or redistribution of the service without a written agreement.

Fees and plan limits

Self-serve plans and their limits are listed at /pricing. Exceeding a limit does not silently upgrade your plan — we'll notify you and offer options.

Termination

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate for breach after written notice and a cure period. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it.

Liability

Liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the 12 months before the claim and $500. We exclude indirect and consequential damages to the extent law allows.

Changes

We publish material changes to these terms with at least 30 days' notice. Trivial edits (typos, restructuring) are applied on save.
